How it works

The process is designed so you always know the next step, and so the proposal you receive reflects the facility we actually measured.

The process, step by step

01

Request a proposal

Complete the short three step form. It takes a few minutes and asks only what we need to prepare for a conversation.

02

Review and follow up

The Green Pulse team reviews your facility information and follows up by the same or next business day to confirm the next step.

03

Qualification call

A short call to confirm scope, coverage window, access, timing, and fit. If Green Pulse is not the right fit, we say so here.

04

Site walkthrough

Usually 30 to 60 minutes on site. We measure cleanable square footage, count restrooms and fixtures, note traffic, access, parking, and any sensitive areas, and review your priorities.

05

Workload assessment

We translate the walkthrough into tasks, frequencies, production rates, staffing, and coverage windows.

06

Written proposal

Scope by area and task, schedule, staffing, the recurring service fee, billing terms, startup plan, and the quality and communication model. Presented in a short review meeting or sent for review.

07

Agreement and payment method

One year service agreement signed, ACH or card placed on file.

08

Documented startup

A field supervisor leads the first visits, confirms the scope on the floor, introduces the team to your staff, and signs off the standard with you.

09

Ongoing service

App verified attendance, mobile checklists, recurring inspections, and a direct account contact for changes.

Scheduling

Qualification calls, walkthroughs, proposal reviews, and startup meetings are scheduled in Pacific time around your facility's hours. Walkthroughs can be arranged outside client or patient hours where discretion matters.
