Facility support for corporate and professional properties

Some properties do not fit a single label but share the same requirement: a consistent standard, a documented scope, and a vendor who reports rather than disappears. Green Pulse serves the following professional property types with janitorial, day porter, or combined programs.

Corporate headquarters lobby

Corporate campuses and headquarters

Headquarters set the standard for a company's culture and its visitors. We cover reception and executive areas, open workspaces, conference centers, cafes and breakrooms, wellness rooms, restrooms, and common areas, with daytime porter coverage where visitors and staff concentrate and evening janitorial across the floor plate. Multi building campuses receive one scope with per building checklists and consolidated inspection reporting.

Multi tenant commercial buildings

For property managers running mixed tenant rosters, the common areas are the product. We maintain lobbies, elevators, corridors, shared restrooms, loading areas, and tenant amenity spaces, provide daytime porter rounds in high traffic buildings, and offer tenant suite janitorial under the same agreement so the building has one accountable team.

Financial institutions

Branches, credit unions, wealth management offices, and operations centers combine public facing presentation with strict access and confidentiality rules. Staff follow written confidentiality expectations and sign NDAs when required, work within your access windows and escort policies, and never handle documents, devices, or secured areas. Scope covers lobbies and teller areas, client offices, conference rooms, restrooms, breakrooms, and administrative areas.

Biotech and pharmaceutical facilities, administrative and common areas

Green Pulse services the nonlaboratory side of life science facilities: lobbies, offices, conference rooms, cafeterias and breakrooms, restrooms, corridors, and common areas. Staff follow gowning, badge, and restricted area rules you set, and we document which areas are out of scope. We do not clean laboratories, cleanrooms, vivariums, or GMP spaces and do not handle regulated materials.

Private schools

Administrative offices, front offices, libraries, common areas, staff rooms, restrooms, and gymnasium common areas cleaned on a schedule built around the academic calendar. Daytime porter coverage focuses on restrooms, entrances, and dining areas during the school day. Background checks are required for all field staff, and we follow your campus visitor and badge policies. Scope and schedule flex for breaks, events, and summer programs.

Museums and cultural venues

Visitor areas set the tone before the first gallery. We cover entrances and lobbies, ticketing and membership desks, public restrooms, corridors, event and rental spaces, cafes, gift shop floors, and administrative offices. Staff follow your collection protection rules, never touch exhibits, cases, or artwork, and work around visitor hours and events. Gallery floor care and specialty surfaces are scoped only with your facilities team's approval.

Country clubs and private clubs

Clubhouses, dining room floors and restrooms, locker room common areas, lounges, pro shops, fitness common areas, event spaces, and administrative offices, with daytime porter coverage for members' hours and janitorial cleaning after close. We coordinate with your food and beverage and golf operations calendars and respect member facing discretion standards.

What stays consistent across all of them

One written scope per site. Background checks required for all field staff, uniform and badge standards, app verified attendance with location accountability, mobile task checklists, a field supervisor running recurring inspections, documented escalation, and one account contact. Multi site accounts receive consolidated reporting.
