What is typically included
Restroom cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking from client provided consumables. Vacuuming, dust mopping, and wet mopping of hard floors. Trash and recycling removal to onsite disposal points. Breakroom and kitchenette cleaning. Office and workspace cleaning of desks, surfaces, and shared equipment areas as scoped. Dusting of reachable surfaces, ledges, and fixtures. Touchpoint cleaning of door hardware, switches, rails, and shared controls. Lobby, corridor, and common area cleaning. Site specific opening and closing routines, including lights, locks, and alarm procedures where authorized.
When service happens
Most janitorial programs run in the evening or after hours when the facility is empty or lightly occupied. Daytime janitorial is available for properties that prefer it or that cannot grant after hours access. Frequency ranges from one to seven visits per week and is set during the walkthrough.
How scope and frequency are determined
We measure cleanable square footage, count restrooms and fixtures, identify space types, note traffic and occupancy, and record access, parking, and security conditions. From that we set production rates, visit time, frequency, and staffing. The result is a written scope that lists every task, its frequency, and the standard it is held to.
Staffing and accountability
Field staff are assigned to your account rather than rotated at random. Background checks are required for all field staff before assignment, and uniform and badge standards apply at every site. Attendance is verified through our workforce app with location accountability at clock in and clock out. Task checklists are completed on the phone during each visit.
Quality inspections
A field supervisor inspects on a recurring schedule using a documented inspection form. Findings are shared with you, corrective actions are tracked to completion, and recurring issues trigger a scope or staffing review rather than another apology.
What is excluded
Construction and post construction cleanup. One time deep cleans outside a recurring agreement. Floor stripping, refinishing, and carpet extraction unless separately scoped. Window washing above reach height. Clinical, infection control, or terminal cleaning. Regulated waste handling. Residential cleaning. Exterior pressure washing.

After you submit a proposal request we follow up by the same or next business day, confirm the basics, and schedule a walkthrough. The walkthrough normally takes 30 to 60 minutes and gives us what we need to produce an accurate written proposal.
