Residents experience a community through its shared spaces every day. Green Pulse keeps leasing offices, amenities, corridors, and resident facing common areas presentable, and offers valet trash and recycling collection for qualifying communities.
Common and management approved areas we service
Leasing offices and model paths. Lobbies and entrances. Clubhouses and resident lounges. Amenity spaces, including pool decks (surfaces only), game rooms, and business centers. Package rooms and mail areas. Fitness common areas. Shared restrooms. Corridors, breezeways, and stairwells. Elevators and elevator lobbies. Trash rooms and chute areas.
Green Pulse services common and management approved areas only. We do not clean resident apartments or provide turnover cleaning.
Daytime rounds
A porter runs scheduled rounds through leasing, amenities, package rooms, and high traffic corridors, handling visible trash, touchpoints, restrooms, and spills, and reporting property issues to management through the app.
Scheduled janitorial cleaning
Evening or off peak cleaning of common areas, shared restrooms, amenity spaces, and the leasing office on the agreed frequency.
Valet Trash and Recycling Collection
Scheduled doorstep waste collection for qualifying multifamily communities, coordinated with common area cleaning and property support when requested. Collection runs from resident pickup points to the community's onsite dumpster, compactor, chute, or approved disposal area on the scheduled nights. Includes bag condition and contamination reporting, missed pickup documentation, visible spill cleanup caused during collection, mobile route verification, and property rule violation reporting.
Not included: hazardous materials, medical waste, sharps, construction debris, furniture, appliances, bulk items, resident cleanouts, loose liquids, excessively heavy bags, unbagged pet waste, pest infested material, offsite hauling, or compactor repair.
Valet trash is available for qualifying communities and subject to site review. Community size, building layout, corridor type, elevator access, disposal setup, and collection schedule all affect eligibility.
Typical program shapes
Daytime porter rounds plus scheduled common area janitorial for the leasing office and amenities. Communities that qualify can add valet trash and recycling collection as a scoped line item in the same agreement.
