Green Pulse serves professional properties throughout California. Service availability is confirmed by property location, scope, schedule, and staffing requirements during qualification.
How statewide service works
Green Pulse is a California company with a field based operating model. Programs are staffed for each account from the local labor market, supervised through our workforce app and recurring onsite inspections, and managed by one account contact. We do not claim a staffed office in every city, and we will tell you during the qualification call if an address, schedule, or scope cannot be staffed to our standard.
How location shapes your proposal
Local wage requirements, travel time, access and parking, and the regional labor market all feed the workload assessment. Two identical buildings in different counties can carry different recurring fees for honest reasons, and the proposal shows the scope those fees cover.
Regions
Northern California, including the North Bay, East Bay, San Francisco, the Peninsula, South Bay and San Jose, Sacramento and the Capital region, and the Central Valley. Central Coast. Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, and San Diego. Properties outside these regions are reviewed case by case.
Multi site portfolios
Portfolios with properties in more than one region can be scoped under one agreement with consolidated reporting and one account contact, with staffing confirmed per site.
