Discretion and privacy
Staff follow written confidentiality expectations, sign NDAs when the practice requires them, work around patient flow, and never handle records or clinical materials. Uniform and badge standards apply, and background checks are required for all field staff.
What we do not provide
Green Pulse does not provide clinical cleaning, infection control services, medical grade or terminal cleaning, or regulated waste handling. Exam rooms, procedure rooms, labs, and sterile areas remain with your clinical protocols and qualified providers. Our scope is the nonclinical environment your patients and staff move through.
